It has been brought to our attention that some delegates have been contacted by fake companies with regards to hotel bookings for the WMS 2024 Congress in Prague. Please be aware of emails from Exhibitor Housing Services (EHS) & Exhibitor Housing Management (EHM), Traveller Point (TP) and Travel Hosting Team (THT) and more recently Global Travel Services (GTS) and Support Global.

We believe that this is a scam. Please do not reply or engage with their communication at all.

You will only ever be contacted by our WMS Hotel Team for WMS 2024 managed by Guarant International in Prague at WMS2024@guarant.cz if you have booked through their booking system available on the Congress website. If you have booked your hotel directly with a hotel or through a third-party website, please always be sure who you are communicating with before proceeding.
