The Euro-Latin American Summer School of Myology, EVELAM, is a myology teaching course and workshop that takes place every year in a different city in Latin America. The main objective of EVELAM, which is developed in Spanish and Portuguese, is to bring myology and the knowledge of neuromuscular diseases closer to the Latin American health community.
For three days, European and Latin American experts in neuromuscular diseases meet to develop a program that covers from the basics to the most recent developments in the neuromusuclar field, going through the physical examination, complementary diagnostic methods to new therapies.
