Welcome

Dear ::first_name,

I am writing to you at one of our most exciting times of the year for the WMS. Our team are working hard behind the scenes to finalise plans for our 27th annual congress in Nova Scotia, Canada. We’re very pleased with the number of registrations for both in-person and virtual attendance. More than 1000 delegates will be joining us over the four days, with the majority choosing to travel to Halifax.

We will also be announcing the results from our 2022 election of Executive Board Members on 12th October during the congress. A total of 28 candidates have been nominated with a wide range of expertise and experience - please do remember to vote by 4th October.

For those of you travelling to Halifax, Nova Scotia, I look forward to meeting with you very soon.

Best wishes

Volker Straub, President

2022 Congress in Halifax, Canada

We are in the final countdown to WMS2022 and can't wait to see so many of our community in person once again. Our in-Person Congress and Pre-Congress Teaching Course Registrations are now closed, however there is some limited availability for individual, virtual, card payment registrations.

Before you travel we recommend you check our Halifax information page, which has lots of information about what you can expect in Halifax to ensure you have everything ready before you travel.
