Welcome to your July update from the World Muscle Society

This month, we have flipped the WMS newsletter upside down to bring you important Congress news first. With WMS 2024 in Prague just 10 weeks away, we are very busy making final adjustments to our plans and making sure everything is ready.

We're very pleased to have been able to publish our full programme for the Congress. This programme includes details of all the presentations from both invited speakers and short oral presenters. It's a packed programme and we're very proud to have such a high calibre of presentations.

We are also preparing to open for late breaking news and have included a link to details of our group activities. If you haven't yet registered, you have until 11th September.

Away from the Congress, it's great to see more interviews with our members featured in this month's newsletter. Both Jorge and Soledad, who feature below, have made incredible contributions to our field and will be presenting at WMS 2024 under our Neuromuscular disorders around the world theme.

As always, we rely on members, to share news about what you're working on so we can tell others. Please do contact us

I wish you the very best.
