Our January Myology Café featured a special interview feature. Jordi Diaz Manera, Chair of our Social Media Committee, interviewed Nathalie Goemans along with Michela Guglieri and Liesbeth De Waele.
The interview explored Nathalie's long and influential career in neuromuscular disorders and her focus on Duchenne muscular dystrophy (DMD). After the interview, Jordi moderated a discussion between Nathalie, Michela and Liesbeth about DMD and explored where we are now as a community and what's next in the field.
Our Myology Café sessions are not typically recorded, but we wanted to make sure this discussion was available for all our members and our wider audience working in the field of neuromuscular disorders.
Myology Cafés take place every other month online as an informal space to share news and updates, learn from colleagues and network. You can find out more about our Myology Cafe programme on our website. We provide live translation via Wordly for all sessions, to language doesn't have to be a barrier to participation for members or non-members from all over the world.
