An opportunity has arisen within the Dubowitz Neuromuscular Centre in the UCL Great Ormond Street Institute of Child Health (UCL GOS ICH) for a highly motivated and talented cell and molecular biologist, to undertake translational research in the field of neuromuscular diseases.
This post is funded for 5 years in the first instance.
Applicants must have a PhD in a relevant discipline, with several years postdoctoral experience in cell and molecular biology. A proven ability to attract significant research funding and evidence of good scientific output are essential, as well as previous experience in successfully supervising junior staff.
