Myologists across the world, join us at our online Myology Café on Thursday, 30 April 2026 at 13:00 BST to meet your community.
The WMS Myology Developments across the World Committee is pleased to announce another session in a new series of talks, hosted as part of our popular Myology Café. This series focuses on exploring regional approaches to neuromuscular disorder (NMD) care and patient registries. It aims to foster cross-regional collaboration, promote the sharing of practical insights, and support continuous learning among healthcare professionals working in the field of rare NMDs.
Co-hosted by Rasha El Sherif and Teerin Liewluck from the Myology Developments Across the World Committee, this Café features Hacer Durmuş, Professor of Neurology at Istanbul University, Istanbul Faculty of Medicine, who will present her recent case study of Turkish OPDM.
We warmly invite clinicians, researchers, and stakeholders to join us for this engaging session as we take an important step toward building a more connected and informed global NMD care community.
We hope these informal sessions will strengthen our international community, enabling you to meet with your regional colleagues as well as the international ones.
This virtual meet-up over a coffee happens bi-monthly and features Wordly live translation. All attendees can have the entire meeting translated into their preferred language in real time. We welcome both WMS members and non-members, from all around the world.
