The tragic and untimely death of John Newsom Davis whilst on holiday in Romania has come as a great shock to his many friends, colleagues and admirers worldwide. He was one of the iconic figures in the 20th century neuromuscular world; a clinical neuroscientist of international preeminence and a world leader in the myasthenic disorders.
