Any members of the Society who wish to host a WMS congress in 2010 and onwards, should first send their letter of intent. The groups who have already submitted an application need not repeat it, but can add an addendum if they wish. A set of guidelines for the benefit of organisers of future meetings is available upon request from the WMS Secretary.
